Guideline for Report Summary

 1.     Overview

The Report Summary page provides a comprehensive view of business performance across selected operators and time periods. It allows users to monitor key metrics, analyze trends, identify anomalies, and compare performance across operators to support decision-making.

2.     Report Summary Page

Users can apply the following filters to customize the dashboard view:

Available Filters

1.     Data Type: Select the report view based on daily or monthly data.

2.     Report Type: View reports by Country, Operator, Company, or Business Type.

3.     Company: Select the company you want to view.

4.     Country: Select the country you want to view.

5.     Business Type: Select the business type you want to view.

6.     Operator: Select the operator you want to view (multiple operators can be selected).

7.     Data Base On: Sort or arrange the data based on the selected criteria.

8.     Date Range: Filter the date range you want to view.

Actions

1.     Submit – Apply the selected filters to load data.

2.     Reset – Clear all active filters.

3.     Filter Button – Apply additional filtering.

4.     Export as XLS – Export the displayed data into an Excel file for further analysis.

3.     Graphs Visualization

Click "+Graphs" on the Report Summary page to display summary charts.

Subscriber Metrics

Total Reg, Unreg, Purged & Net New Sub

 

Reg

Number of new users who successfully subscribed within the selected period.

 

Unreg

Number of users who actively unsubscribed from the service.

 

Purged

Number of subscribers automatically removed from the system (e.g., due to inactivity, system cleanup, or data correction).

 

Net New Subs

The net change in subscribers after accounting for registrations and losses.

Formula: Reg – Unreg – Purged

Revenue Metrics

Revenue trend and Subscriber/Renewal trend

 

Total

Represents the total revenue within the selected period.

 

Average

Represents the average daily revenue within the selected period.

Subscriber Trends

 

T Sub

Represents the total number of active subscribers within the selected period.

 

Avg Sub

Represents the average number of active subscribers per day within the selected period.

 

Renewal

Represents the total number of successful renewals within the selected period.

4.     Performance Summary (All Operators)

This section displays aggregated performance across all operators within the selected period, providing a comprehensive overview of business performance.

Table Structure

Metric Column

Displays key metrics such as GMV, Net Revenue, Subscribers Active, Reg, Unreg, Churn, Renewal, Bill (%), and ARPU.

Total

Total value within the selected period.

AVG

Average daily value within the selected period.

T.Mo.End

Accumulated or projected value until the end of the month.

Daily Column

Each column represents performance on a specific date, allowing users to track trends and compare daily results.

Color Indicators

● Green

Indicates better or improved performance compared to the previous day

● Red

Indicates lower performance or decline compared to the previous day

Key Metrics

GMV

Total revenue before any deductions.

G. Rev / AVG G. Rev

Total revenue after revenue share.

Formula: GMV – Merchant revenue share

N. Revenue / AVG Net Revenue

Revenue after revenue share and tax.

Formula: Gross Revenue – Other Tax

T Subs (Total Subs Active)

Total number of active subscribers.

Reg

Number of new user registrations.

Unreg

Number of users who unsubscribed.

Purged

Number of subscribers removed or cleaned from the system.

Churn (%)

Percentage of users who unsubscribed.

Formula: (Unreg / T Subs) × 100

Renewal

Subscription renewals, supported by Daily Push Success (successful billing) and Daily Push Failed (failed billing).

Bill (%)

Billing success rate.

Formula: (Total Delivered Daily Push / T Subs) × 100

First Push Bill (%)

Success rate of first push billing.

Formula: (Delivered First Push / First Push Sent) × 100

Daily Push Bill (%)

Success rate of daily push billing.

Formula: (Delivered Daily Push / Daily Push Sent) × 100

US7ARPU (7-Day ARPU)

Average revenue per user over the last 7 days.

Formula: Total USD Revenue After Telco (Last 7 Days) / (Total Reg Last 7 Days + Total T Subs Current Day)

US30ARPU (30-Day ARPU)

Average revenue per user over the last 30 days.

Formula: Total USD Revenue After Telco (Last 30 Days) / (Total Reg Last 30 Days + Total T Subs Current Day)

5.     Operator Breakdown

This section provides a detailed view of performance for each operator within the selected period, allowing users to analyze data at a more granular level compared to the All Operator Summary.

•       Operator Name: Name of the operator

•       Date: Display data date

•       Last Update Timestamp: Latest dashboard update time

Displays key metrics such as GMV, Net Revenue, Subscribers, Churn, Renewal, Push metrics, Conversion rates, and ARPU.

Total

Total value within the selected period.

AVG

Average daily value within the selected period.

T.Mo.End

6.     How to Use This Report

Follow these steps to effectively use this report and interpret the data provided.

1.     Apply Filters

Select the appropriate filters based on the data you want to analyze:

•       Choose the Data Type to view the report in daily or monthly format.

•       Select other filters such as date range, operator, country, or business type as needed.

•       Click Submit to apply the filters and load the data.

2.     Review All Operator Summary

Check the All Operator Performance Summary table to get an overall view of performance:

•       Focus on the daily columns to identify any spikes or drops.

•       Use color indicators: Green = increase/improvement, Red = decrease/decline (compared to previous day).

3.     Analyze Operator-Level Details

Scroll down to the Operator Breakdown section for more detailed insights. This allows you to analyze performance metrics for each operator individually.

4.     Investigate Anomalies
